Shipping Policy

  • The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of product purchase and the customer will be informed about this before payment.
  • After the order is confirmed and dispatched you will be sent a mail or message with the tracking number and shipping partner details and we usually ship your order in 2 to 7 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times may vary slightly from state to state and all days except Saturdays and Sundays are considered working days. Logistics, customer’s address and contact number may not be contacted due to product delivery.
  • Also, if you are ordering our products from a sales event, dispatch may be delayed due to increased work load. We aim to ship orders within seven days from the date of order.

Refund Policy

  • We contact you to find out the product damage, defect and cause before refund and replacement
  • No cash refunds available in refunds, Refunds will be made by bank transfer only and our team will take at least six to seven business days to initiate the refund online.
  • A bank transfer will require a minimum of four to five days after your refund is processed. For prepaid orders, the refund will return to your account. It may take up to 8 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected.
  • In order to deliver the order, our courier partner does not contact the buyer and does not get the address, if the courier returns, then the courier charge will have to be given to the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Earthen naturals products come into non-returnable and non-refundable categories.
  • If you need a refund or replacement for any reason, mail or mail within 24 hours of delivery to care@earthennatural.com or to the mansion contact number on the back of the product with product image, invoice, inner and outer packaging, on boxing video, mansion batch number and correct region. Must be messaged (Note- First conversation for refunds and returns must be initiated with the company within 24 hours)
  • Please take a picture of the damaged or tampered side of the product and package
  • Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package to process your request, before issuing refunds and replacements, we ensure that the product reaches you for damage and defects
  • You will be eligible for a full refund without incurring any additional charges only if you prove the points below

                                   -damaged or broken bottle

                                   – package has been accessories missing

                                   – wrong product delivered

                                   – expired product delivered

– If the wrong product has been delivered to you, please keep it in the original packaging, safe for sale and damaged free, please retain the invoice and original product packaging for successful pickup and return

– Return will not be accepted if

                   – It will not contain an invoice

                   – Batch number Price Packaging and bottle if tampered with

                   – The product may have been damaged

                   – It will be without its original packaging

  please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about it

– Refunds or returns will not be applicable if any of the following situations occur once the product has been delivered

                    – Failure to provide complete information about the case

                    – Fail to provide invoice, packaging box (if any) pictures and videos

– Losses due to negligence, improper or incorrect application will not be covered under our exchange and return policy

– Please note that orders for festive gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund Exchange of products due to allergic reaction is not applicable

– The free product must also be returned along with the return of the main product otherwise it will not be eligible for refund and replacement.

Cancellation Policy

  • There will be no cancellation if your order is packed and ready for shipment or has reached the delivery person for shipping.
  • If you want to cancel before the order is packed, you can contact our support team at care@earthennatural.com or +91 9409999567 via chat or mail.
  • In these cases, the money will be transferred back to the bank within 10 business days after the order is canceled and the cancellation request is accepted by us.
  • If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer.
